Scope of Services. Through this Site, On Demand Mobile markets and arranges Engine Repair, Brake Repair, Suspension Repair, Oil Change, Auto Electrical Repair, Car Battery Replacement. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://mobileautorepairoxnard.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of On Demand Mobile or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

End of Use. On Demand Mobile may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. On Demand Mobile makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation. In no event will On Demand Mobile's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify On Demand Mobile from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Law and Venue. CA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CA.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
